On the top is a staffer from LLUM. The two young boys are a part of the LLUM ministry in the Potomac Gardens housing project in SE D.C. The boy in the middle is the boy who I (Matt) have been mentoring 1-1 all week. He is in first grade. We have played in the park together, worked on his homework, and read books together. Today we said goodbye as we have to leave tomorrow morning. We have had the privilege of interacting with several kids like this throughout the week.
Thank you for your prayers for our trip here to Washington D.C. We look forward to taking these lessons back to Cornell.
